• The Security Deposit is the same as one month's rent. For example, if your rent is $655 then your Security Deposit is $655. I prefer to get all $655 of the Security Deposit up front with the $655 in rent when moving in.

• Cats and dogs are allowed at all of my locations for an extra charge. If you choose to bring a cat with you it is $45 per month per cat. • I give you a 2 Year Rent Guarantee that your rent will stay the same for 2 years. A lease is required until August 31st, 2025. You would give 3 months notice in writing by May 31st, 2025 or earlier to terminate your lease for August 31st, 2025.
