Our current tenant is moving out September. We are looking for a female tenant to take over the lease starting from October 1st, 2024. Utilities are included (internet, hydro). There is also a washing machine. Parking can be included for an extra fee. The room is located at the bottom level of a house and you will be sharing the space with 2 other female tenants who are quiet and courteous. The entrance is seperate and at the back of the house.
