Also a shared smart 58" 4k TV in the living area. Dining table set, kitchen shelves, 2 refrigerators, sink, stove, & laundry system.


Lower Level is half above the ground and partially underground. It doesn't feel or look like a basement because it has full windows and more than half of it is above ground while the other half is partially underneath.

The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, in a family-friendly environment.

Current Tenants:
Currently, three female students from the University of Manitoba are renting the other three rooms. They are all very decent, non-smokers, and non-alcoholic, creating a harmonious living environment.

Commute: UofM is accessible by buses 662 and 671. Right across the street from the house is 662, while 672 is a short distance away. 4-7 minutes Drive to University of Manitoba
