The Former Elks Hall Building – For Sale By Tender
The Town of Zealandia is located on Hwy No. 7 approximately 15 minutes East of Rosetown, and 50 minutes West of Saskatoon.
The town is offering for sale the structure that was previously used as the community hall located at the corner of Main Street and Brown Ave. in Zealandia, SK.
This is an approximately 3,948 sq. ft. building, built CIRCA 1984. It is under a partial basement. A condition of the sale is that the building MUST BE MOVED out of the community. Relocation deadline will be negotiated between Town Council, and the successful bidder.
