PLEASE NOTE: We are looking for a female tenant and the room is available from May 1 until August 31st.

This bright room with large balcony doors is on the middle floor (2nd floor) of our house. The room comes with a single bed including sheets, blankets and pillow, wardrobe, dresser, table, chair, lamp, bookcase and refrigerator. The balcony has a table, umbrella and chairs.

In addition to your private bathroom, you will have full access to a shared kitchen with two other female tenants. The kitchen includes an oven, small appliances (microwave, rice cooker, etc.) , pots and pans, utensils and of course cupboard space.

Room rent includes access to washer and dryer, unlimited high speed (Rogers gigabit) wireless internet, access to laundry, and all utilities (air conditioning, water, electricity).

Our family has been hosting for the past 10 years and we would love to welcome you to our home. Our house is located in North York (Finch and Bathurst) and is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop and we are 10 minute bus ride from the subway. It takes only 20 mins to York University and takes about 45-50 mins to University of Toronto downtown.

Please note, as this is a shared space, guests are not permitted. Also, while we love animals- and we have a non-allergenic poodle - pets are not permitted.
