We have central air for the summer. We are quite, easygoing, and are looking for a quite, clean, an easygoing person

- We are a 5 minute drive from Malls with all amenities such as Grocery Stores, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, Restaurant, Pizza, Movies, Walmart etc. everything

- Bus #75 is at the corner a 2 minute walk

- Algonquin college is 20 to 25 minutes minutes aprox. by bus #75

- close to park and rides at Marketplace bus terminal that has lots of buses

- house is smoke free, drug free (including pot), no heavy drinking, no loud music

- Nature trails are at the corner

- Free outdoor skating rink in winter across the street

- Must have security clearance to live with member of vunerable section

One year lease starting Sept 1 .

First and last month rent as well as references required. co-signer is required if no employment

Employment or Study verification required.
No overnight guests. One person per room.

Not suitable for smokers due to owners serious allergies. Tenant may not bring pets.
