Both rooms are in the same building but different unit. The building is located near Bay and Dundas, next street of the UofT residence.

Room 1: $1200 a month. The roommates are 2 male students from UofT. Available May 1 or June 1

Room 2: $1000 a month. Shared living space with my in-laws. Available June 1

The condo is located right behind City Hall. And walking distance to Ryerson University and UofT.
