Chill landlord lives in the home as well - ideal for serious students or professionals who are done with the chaos of party/messy roommates and are looking for a clean, comfortable stress-free living arrangement.
Important: This home is best suited to someone who works or attends school full-time outside the home during regular weekday working hours. I work remotely, so having this compatible daytime routines allows us both to work, study, and live comfortably without disrupting each other’s schedules.
The location is hard to beat:
• Literally one block away from Dallas Road oceanfront walks and scenic trails
• Close to Beacon Hill Park, Ogden Point, and Fisherman’s Wharf
• Short walk or quick bike ride downtown and to the Inner Harbour
