$1500 Hydro (Before Subsidies are Applied!)/month 
First and last month rent deposit included 
On site laundry available (card system) 
Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a multi-complex 
Monthly bus pass included if needed 
Parking available, for $50/vehicle 
$100 key deposit per tenant included 
Smoking permitted outdoors 
Above grade basement levels available (very bright, large windows!)

$1300 (Before Subsidies are Applied!)/month

In-unit laundry  
Monthly bus pass included, if needed

Side yard available for tenant use

YOUR REQUIREMENTS: 
✔️ Birth Certificate and Government Issued Photo ID (we can help with tracking this down!) 
✔️ VAC Verification – we’ll ask you to sign a form to confirm that you served. 
✔️ 3-Months Bank Statements – we'll ask you to share 3-months worth of bank statements so that we can co-ordinate financial benefits with the Royal Canadian Legion - Ontario Command and/or VETS Canada. 
✔️ Open communication with staff and readiness to engage in the program. 
✔️ Contribute a minimum of 30% of your income toward monthly rent payments.
