This room is on the raised ground floor of a detached house in York University Village, it is clean, bright, fully furnished with a private washroom (toilet and sink). The room is for one post secondary student or a recent graduate, single occupancy only, no sharing.



One garage parking space with automatic door opener fob is also available for extra.



One of the cleanest houses in York Village. Common areas are regularly cleaned, and garbage is collected by a dedicated cleaner.



Best internet, Both high speed Wifi and wired (LAN port, RJ45 cable outlet in room) connection inside the room is provided. We use ultra-high speed BELL Fibe 1.5 Gbps (Canada's fastest and most reliable internet) unlimited internet service.



Price is all inclusive (all utilities, Internet, heating and cooling), except for laundry, which is coin operated ($2 each load) and located on-site in the basement.

3. No pet

4. No visitors (day, night or overnight)

5. No party

6. No sublease

7. Keep quiet all time, no speaker, no music instrument. Lower voice when talking.

8. Keep clean in room; clean common area after use

9. Garbage recycling

10. Other house rules, e.g. house safety rules, no open flame etc.
