No smoking, No drinking & No pets allowed. Quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM, unless a celebration or festival is happening with guests. Ocassional friends (limited number) is okay with prior notice.

Undergound parking available (tight spaces though) for extra cost, if you have a car & security deposit is half-the monthly amount.
