A few things to know: The suite is located in the lower level of our owner-occupied family home and has its own private entrance and laundry. We are a family with children and pets, so while the suite is quite separate, normal household sounds can occasionally be heard between levels. The backyard is a shared space.
Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. We have a large dog and a cat ourselves, so we’re happy to discuss your pet and make sure the arrangement is a good fit for everyone.
We love our home and neighbourhood, and our previous tenants have called this suite home for several years. We’re looking for someone who will enjoy the space and treat it with the same care.
