My daughter and I are each looking for a 2 bedroom unit in the same complex or at least very close for July 1.

I work full time doing drywall hanging and taping and own a small cleaning business called the cleaning lady.

We each have a dog- she has a small/medium fixed and well trained mixed breed named Beau and I have a 3 pound yorkie that is fixed and well trained as well.

I have an 18 year old son that will be living with me. He is graduating this year and going into an apprenticeship program in the fall. He is a busy athlete that plays lacrosse and is a certified ski instructor. He owns and operates his own mobile car detailing business and works doing snow removal and landscaping We are quiet, non smoking, hard working and clean.

My daughter is a nurse and works at shannex full time and casually at the Qe2, as well as her own foot care business.

It is really important to us that we stay close by.
We love the house we are in but the way it is set up she is in the basement and it’s very damp and dark down there. With the cost of the utilities here we can each rent an apartment and still save some money!

We have been in the place we are in for 2 full years and our rent is always paid the Friday before the 1st.

I would absolutely love to have an ensuite bathroom, but am happy to take a 2 bedroom one bathroom as well if it means being nearby my daughter.
