About the unit:
The unit has 2 bed/ 2 bath Solarium, just over 1000 sqft. In-unit washer/ dryer, oven, dishwasher. Kitchen is equipped which you're welcome to use. East-facing windows in bedrooms. Central heat/ AC. Neutral, minimal-fragrance, clean and smoke-free. Quiet almost all day. We are friendly when together and respect each other's alone time. Sometimes we share baked cookies.

About the Master Bedroom:
Walk-in closet, ensuite private bathroom, east-facing window. Will be mostly unfurnished but can discuss furniture if needed. Fits a queen bed and desk comfortably.

About me/ Evonne (she/her, occupying solarium):
Taiwanese. Likes to bake and happy to share cookies. Travel a few months a year. Typically don't bring guests. Credit score ~765
