The room is $1150 a month however, because I am moving out immediately, I will be subletting for $950.00 and covering the difference until August 2026. Should you wish to stay longer than August 2026, you can sign a new lease with the landlord once this one is complete.

Big private room with shared washroom Kitchen (Personal Air fryer included for your use only). All Furniture in picture included and will remain after Sublet is complete should you wish to continue to stay.

Washing Machine and Dryer is shared amongst tenants.

The house is all male students, Quite professionals.
