Hello, New Friend! Come make yourself home in this lovely, spacious 3 bedroom apartment! You will have a large, clean and private semi-furnished room (double bed available for the room) and a semi-private bathroom (all yours except for if a guest is over).

Available October 1, 2024 - March 1, 2025 - $1050 a month all inclusive.

Who we are: We are an adult male and female both kind and professional. We do not drink or use drugs in the house. One works from home office in her bedroom and the other works outside the home. We are kind, quiet, clean, and friendly and we respect healthy boundaries. Oh! There are two sweet little cats Benny and Loki. They are gentle and pretty much run the place.

Who we are looking for: We are looking for someone respectful, tidy, sweet and ideally sober or near sober (no pot in the house please)—ideally a professional or full-time student. If you are lovely we would love to meet you!
