This man smokes and drinks all day and plays music all day and will wake u up in the middle of the night every night to complain about something like my snoring. Which I have no controls over . When ur not there he will go through your things. He will pick a argument with you so you get fed up and leave and he will refuse to pay your deposit and your last months rent. I never stayed my last months and he told me that it doesn’t matter he never gives it back. Be careful don’t go to this guys home at all. He is a scam and doesn’t care about you nor your situation. He’s a drunk and probably does drugs stay away from this landlord. There are other better places for us international and school student we don’t need this garbage
