The house is ideally located close to Downtown ,Capilano ,Sherwood Park ,Kings University, Concordia university CIBC , TD, Scotia and ATB bank branches are steps away.

Second Cup Subway and A&W Shoppers and Dominoes are just around the corner.

Route no.501 and 522 runs from Capilano to West Edmonton Mall every 15 min and goes to all the LRT stations of Downtown . New lrt station would be functional soon in a month or two

Separate entry and ample parking space on the street. Shared kitchen and washroom.

You should be super clean and organized and respectful of others. Single occupancy, not pet friendly,No sleepovers. Drugs , and no party, clean after your self if using kitchen
etc.. if you smoke then must Smoke outside.

If you want long term, Monthly rent is 725/ month. Anything less then 3 months is short term.or 265/wk . For couple $50 extra/wk ie 315/wk

DD is equal to rent and is refundable with coming one month /wk notice.
