A single working woman seeking to rent out one bedroom in a three-bedroom townhouse. Only one bedroom will be rented out. Only two persons in total will be in the townhouse.

Note: This rental is available only for female students or working women.
Fully furnished home with well-equipped appliances, dining table, couch, TV.
The townhouse has 3 full bathrooms. You will have your own private bathroom.

8 mins walk to Public transit Bus#13(directly to University of waterloo/ Wilfred Laurier) ,food basics, shoppers and restaurants.

Rent is $1,200 all inclusive, hydro, water, heat and Internet.

What else is included:

- Bed, Mattress, Computer table and chair included. all purchased from IKEA.

- In unit laundry (laundry dryer)

- Central heating and Central AC

- at least 1 year lease *may extend if needed you can move in September or October

What I expect from you:
- Clean and respectful
- Credit report and latest 3 paystub or offer if you are a working professional. Credit report and 3 month bank statements required for a student.
- First and Last month rental deposit
- No pets, No smokers.
