The bedroom is equipped with a queen bed/mattress, a bedside table, a chest of drawers, and a desk/chair. Microwave, dining table/chairs, sofa, washing machine, and dryer are equipped as well. Check in directly only need to bring your personal stuff.
No smoking, no pets, no visitors stay overnight. Per room is for per person only. Rent rate one bedroom share bathroom in the basement is $800 per month, one bedroom up stair share bathroom is $850 per month.
