Available for May 01 , 2025, we are looking for a male senior, employed , or student to fill a room in our home in south albert park area. I it in walking distance to southland mall for any shopping or bus service. The room has a full size bed, dresser, computer table & chair, even a small fridge and their own tv. Rent is $800.00 and that includes a daily lunch and supper, laundry done once a week and also the floors and bedding cleaned. It also includes the utilities and wifi. There is no substance usages of any type allowed on the property. Must be able to do stairs as all the bedrooms are upstairs so no basement living.
