We have a very nice comfortable house that’s fully furnished and in a good neighbourhood. 5 minute walk to holland collage, 15 to downtown, and a 7 minute drive to UPEI.

Looking for a roommate - preferably male, who is either a student or young working professional. The bedroom advertised is a good size and can be furnished if need be.

The lease term is November 1st - October 31st, 2025. A $2000 rent is split between the 3 of us and after expenses like heating, electricity, and wifi, it falls between 730-860 depending on the season.
