The address is on St Anne's RD , the apartment is very close to the UofM, bus stop is right outside the building, and lots of grocery stores and restaurants outside the building too.

All utilities (Hydro, Heat and Water) are included in the rent.
The rent for the 1 bedroom is - 702$ (with street parking, if you have a car)
Security deposit needed of - 351$

Available from last week of November.
No partying, no use of drugs, no smoking, Cleanliness/Hygiene must be maintained and No visitors allowed.
