Looking for a short-term tenant (woman) for a big, fully furnished bedroom available for short term rental *(from mid February/March* to end of May) in a fully furnished, spacious apartment in the Annex. The bedroom comes with a queen sized bed ( bedding), a study desk and chair, and spacious dresser. Kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared. There’s coin laundry in the apartment building.

The apartment will be shared with a quiet and work-oriented student (woman), and a friendly fluffy cat.

The apartment unit is located in the Annex, 6 mins walk from the Dupont station (yellow line) and 10 min walk from Bathurst station (green line).There are several grocery stores and supermarkets in a walking distance. It’s also 30 mins walk from the UofT Saint George campus.

The rent is $1000 per month, including utilities.
