Bedroom for Rent in 3Bdr Apartment

I have here a bedroom inside my 3bdrm apartment on Bagot Street for rent available for May 1st 2026 or sooner.

A $1250 deposit upfront is required before moving in! This will cover for may and your last month(s). Month to month beginning June 1st, 625, utilities are included and this also means unlimited internet.

I can have the room furnished with a bed, dresser and tv if nessessary for convience and or you can bring your own. I am also living in the apartment, alongside another roommate in the 2nd room. We are quiet after midnight.

You must be okay with non aggressive dogs, I have 2 elderly and 3 super hyper and cuddly ones. We are animal lovers but try our best to keep the place clean!

The apartment itself is spacious and located on the 3rd floor (no elevators!), close to bus stops and shopping centres, it’s also a shared kitchen & bathroom but ideally looking for someone who primarily keeps to themselves but easy to get along with!! We will treat you like family.
This would be a private rental between me and you.
