The apartment is conveniently located in Port Credit and is under a 1 minute walk to the Port Credit Go Station. This is an affordable rental option for anyone working in downtown Toronto or Mississauga.
The lease term would start on January 1st, 2025.
I am looking for a friendly and clean female who is either a young professional or mature/graduate student. Ideally no pets and a non-smoker.
Monthly rent is $1,325 (underground parking can be arranged for an additional $160/month).
Additional costs include water, electricity, and wifi, all paid monthly.
The room is unfurnished, but the common living areas and kitchen are fully furnished.
