Hey I’m a 28 year old guy.. young professional looking to rent a portion of my 1 bedroom apartment to someone cool and easy to get along with. I’m willing to rent the living room portion or bedroom. For bedroom it’s $900 for living room it’s $700… I only want one roommate.
