The tenant must be clean and responsible female. There's a bus stop just a two-minute walk away (Which I daily take to go to UPEI).

The apartment has only two bedrooms (one of them is mine), so no tenants are living here. It's very quiet and located in a peaceful area, perfect for studying or working.

No partying, no visitors, and no pets allowed!
