Each room can fit up to 2 people with 2 single beds rent is $500 per person ($1000 for room). Rent includes utilities and wifi. Monthly payments; requiring first and last.

BASEMENT FLOOR - Basement floor has its own separate amenities including a separate entrance, kitchen, 2 full washrooms, and washer/dryer.

For 2 girls - $550 each utilities inlcuded

1 regular sized bedroom - Fits 2 girls
$500 per person utilities included.
