Hi! I’m Samantha. I’m looking for someone to join a shared two level house living arrangement. You will have your own large bedroom with a big closet. We will be sharing the bathroom, kitchen and living room on the main level.

My brother is the primary lease holder and repairman of the house. We have a property manager for more complex repairs. He has his own fully private one bedroom basement suite with a separate side entrance. I am a sub tenant with a legal sublet agreement for the main level two bedroom suite.

I am in my mid 30’s and my brother is in his late 30’s. His name is Richard and he works full time on an oil rig. I work part time as a vet tech assistant and currently on disability (not a physical disability). To note the home is not wheelchair accessible.

A female is preferred, however a mature, respectful male may be considered.

I have two cats and a friendly Australian Shepherd dog. You must be comfortable living with pets, as they share the common areas. I take full responsibility.
