The available bedroom is on the second floor and faces north towards backyard. The house is fully furnished. The bedroom includes a bed, desk, office chair, dresser, and closet.
The second floor has a dedicated laundry room with washers and dryers and a folding area. As well as full-sized bathroom with separate bathtub and shower. The second floor laundry facilities are available for all occupants to use.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, utensils, and cooking tools, and includes a microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, and a full-sized fridge. The dedicated dining room has a large table with eight chairs. The main-floor living room area includes a sectional couch, coffee table, and reclining chair, ideal for relaxing or studying. No pets permitted. Owner’s son has a cat that lives exclusively on third floor, and may relocate at some point to the basement when owner’s son moves there.

Homeowner’s son is 37-year old non-practicing lawyer working in the government sector in hybrid format. Currently living and working on the third floor, will be relocating to the basement in the next 3-4 months. He is in charge of managing the house, including the application process, which includes government-issued ID verification, proof of employment, and phone interview, prior to scheduling an in-person viewing. He is also in charge of setting house rules and protocols.
