This room is in a townhouse end-unit shared with a South Indian couple with 2 kids. The room has a closet and single-bed with mattress. A side table and a shelf is also provided. Room comes with a shared bathroom with the other room (yet to be rented). Bathroom cleaning schedule can be discussed once the other room is occupied.

Room rent is 850 CAD for one person only. If a person or 2 persons rent the 2 rooms together, it will be 1600 CAD.

Kitchen will be shared but we are looking for a person that will cook less. Can park on the driveway during winter season. Street parking is available during summer.

Bus stop is reasonably near for buses # 61 / 62 / 262.
