I am currently looking for two (2) responsible international students to rent two (2) Queen sized beds in a shared room (one person per bed) in a completely renovated 3 bedroom house.

Rent is $600/MTH per person (one person per bed) in 2 separate beds ALL UTILITIES...

Utilities (Gas, Hydro & Water usage & Internet) are NOT INCLUDED and are the responsibility of tenants.

There are two Queen sized beds currently available in a large Master bedroom.

The house is COMPLETELY FURNISHED with beds, storage, couches, tables, TV, fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, cookware, etc.. .
Tenant is responsible for personal items such as bedsheets, blankets, pillows, towels, etc..

Looking for long term lease agreement with a preference to ***EAST INDIAN, NEPAL & SE ASIAN INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS*** as that is who is currently renting at the house.

This house is NOT pet friendly as the landlord and tenants are extremely allergic to all animals.

FIRST and LAST MONTHS RENT required.

The house is non-smoking (including vaping and e-cigarettes) and pet-free (neither conditions are negotiable). Criminal and credit checks also required.

Have savings bond information available as part of lease requirement. Please send us a message with information about yourself and who would be living in the unit.

Cleanliness and responsibility of chores is extremely important and dirtiness will not be tolerated by Landlord or current Tenant occupants.

Also note that I will be conducting a credit, reference and background check through a specialized 3rd party agency before any lease agreement. This is the responsibility of the tenant to satisfy credit, employment, background and costs for background checks directly to the 3rd party agency.
