It receives lots sunlight. It is directly across the street from the charming park Square St. Louis with jazz musicians playing, artisanal crafts and the life of Montreal. A 10 minute walk to the incredible Park La Fontaine, 20 minute walk to The Village or the lively quartier de spectacle, three short blocks to St Laurent. 5 minute walk to Sherbrooke metro station.
It’s perfectly central to everything. It’s very quiet, no loud street noise, only the birds chirping. Rent in all-inclusive, water, heat (radiator, so you know it’s going to be nice and warm in the winter) and electricity. As you can see from the pictures it comes with a fridge and stove. The concierge is a kind man, and is quick to help in any regard.
