I will not be performing a credit check because I understand life happens, and some people could use a break. I will need to verify income and 2 references. So unfortunately, the downfall, is only 1 bathroom. Laundry is on the main floor. All the hardwood flooring, doors, light attachments are original. Was going to sell, was going to move, deal fell through, so I will just rent it out. 1 year lease. Can most definitely become a 2, 3, 4 year thing, if you want, and likewise.
