You will be sharing the lower-level as there will only be one person per room of the lower level, Each rooms has own washroom
The rooms are extremely spacious and bright! We do not accept loud noises on weekdays, or parties therefore you can ensure a good nights rest. There is a private entrance for you to come into the house.

Each room has their own washroom, so you only share the kitchen and shower with the other one tenant in the lower-level as the lower level is sealed from the upstairs, o you can have your privacy and autonomy.
