He encourages health and fitness and is actually willing to pay your monthly gym membership (Planet Fitness) for one year, which is 3 stops away or a five minute bike ride on the available house bike! There’s a female cleaner who comes once a week to clean the common areas, so you just have to take care of your own room.
There’s a nice deck out back where you can BBQ and garden, and lots of musical instruments in the house, if you’re into that! And there’s a chill porch in the front looking onto Wychcrest Avenue (a quiet street). House entertainment includes Netflix, YouTube premium, unlimited high speed Internet, and a flat screen smart TV and Apple TV so you can cast onto the TV from your Apple phone. There is central A/C and a ceiling fan and lots of closet space. The bed is a twin size medium to firm mattress (8 months new!) The kitchen includes an indoor barbecue, a Vitamix blender, an herb garden and a fresh grind coffee machine!
