Looking to sublet a furnished one bedroom den apartment in downtown Halifax from July 26 to October 26. (Start date is somewhat flexible and I'm open to discussing alternative dates!)

Located in Historic Schmidtville in downtown Halifax, the apartment is on the ground floor of a quiet, recently renovated 6-unit building. It's a 5 minute walk to the waterfront, and near many grocery stores (Sobeys, Petes, e-Joy Food Mart), gyms, bars, and the Halifax Central Library.

The apartment is a one bedroom and den, has an in-unit washer and dryer, central AC heating, dishwasher, new kitchen appliances, and a fireplace in the large, bright living room. There is lots of storage space (so many built in shelves and cabinets!), and the apartment gets light from almost all directions.

Rent is $2,500/month and includes all utilities (high-speed internet, heat, power, and Bell Fibe TV including Crave). A private parking spot can also be included for an additional fee.

Unfortunately, no pets allowed :(
