Looking for a tenant whois clean, quiet, a non-smoker of anything and does NOT have any pets. Our apartment will be available November 15 for a SINGLE Tenant. If there is more than one tenant, rent would be higher to cover costs and could be negotiated. First and last month's rent are required and we are looking for a long-term commitment with a signed year-long lease. We are located on a quiet street in Pickering. The rental includes One outdoor parking space, hydro, heating/AC and water, countertop dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, in-suite laundry, single bedroom, semi-private entrance through our garage. The basement apartment is well lit and has lots of cabinets and storage spaces. The bathroom 4 piece bathroom (sink, toilet, shower, tub) has a rain head shower and glass doors, and there is space in the unit for a small office.
