Lot A-16 is the second lot in, to the right from the boat launch on the beach at Crescent Beach Resort, there is a 5th wheel trailer on the property which is not included
For sale is the lot only
The beach lots are 20’ wide X 40’ long, the lawn area in front is common area but people are great at respecting each other’s area.
Lot has a gentle slope from back to front.
This lot has a 50 Amp service plus a 20 Amp outlet in a pedestal that is also equipped with Shaw cable and a telephone hook up, plus has a water yard hydrant is installed which makes for easy winterizing.
The price includes a 10’ wide boat slip with a 4’ X 24’ finger along one side of the boat slip.
The entire existing dock is going to be replaced with new dock for next season.
Only Park model trailers or travel trailers are allowed to be placed on the lot.
This is a summer resort only and no year around living is permitted.
This lot also faces West, so the sun stays till late in the evening ( usually till about 8:30 or so )
No moving of a travel trailer in and out for short term use will be allowed because of access to put a unit in.
