I am renting out my basement to a responsible and respectful tenant.
You will have your own bathroom in the room as well as another bathroom outside. You will have the kitchen, living room and other areas to yourself. I will be sleeping in the other room but will never be in the common areas. There is a laundry area and big backyard as well. You are within walking distance to a bus stop and subway station. You are also within walking distance to grocery stores, banks and Bloor street where you can find all types of stores and restaurants. I'm asking $2000 which includes all utilities, internet and water.
