The room can be rented for private for $1100 per month.

The house is located at the Sarnia and Hyde Park intersection and is very quiet and peaceful. It is generally a family area - you'll see lots of families and kids. It is an overall very safe and welcoming environment.

Utilities like laundry, kitchen space and living and dining room are included for use.
