In-suit shared laundry, free WiFi internet, Shoe rack, and cupboard for storage. It has common entrance. Good for bachelor and couples. Parking on street. No smoking, No drugs or weed allowed; No night sleepovers allowed. No loud music;.No bed- bugs allowed inside home. . If bedbugs appeared inside house, then a penalty of $1500.00 will be charged and cut from deposit. Required one month deposit equal to rent and advance rent. Rent is $1200 per month.
