Basement room in Whitehorn
I need some help with basement renovation in exchange for a free room.
Main scope is a small bathroom and two small bedrooms.
If you can do any of these:
Tiling, drywall, mudding, painting, laminate flooring, finishing trim.
I can provide you with a free room. The room is available immediately. A safety deposit of 700$ is required.
The house is in Whitehorn. Really close to C train. Everything is included. The house is quiet and safe. No drugs, no pets. Parking is available on cul-de-sac.
The basement has all the necessary things for living. A shower tray is installed but no surrounding walls currently.
It is not a big project, but I need someone who knows what it is he doing.
