Located in Millwoods, Ellerslie area in a quiet neighbourhood on 66th street. Closer to the main road. Parking is available across the street or 4 mins walk to the bus stand. One bus to Millwoods Town Centre or to Century Park LRT Station (#78, #79), 2 busses to any part of the city. Close to both highways Whitemud and Henday. We are looking for respectable individuals on a long-term basis, either one female or 2 females (friend/family) can share the space. Therefore, no drugs, alcohol or visitors allowed please.
All utilities will be included in the rent (Heat, water, wifi, etc). and you will have total privacy down there. Included is a washroom only for yourself and a lockable door with the key for your living area.
It's furnished with 2 sofas, bed, mini fridge, microwave, table & chairs and lots of storage for clothing and other things. The washer & dryer need to be shared and the kitchen is on the main floor for cooking.
One month's damage deposit will be required, which will be given back to you if any damage is not caused after one month’s notice is given if you want to move somewhere else.
Basement rental is $700 for one person, but if there are two (friends or family sharing) it will be $1100 for both.
