Hi, this is a sublet that would be valid from may 1st to august 30th.
The rental is located in a clean and safe residential area in Bridgewater trails
All Utilities are included
3~5 minutes from the bus stops 671, 672 and 678
Mostly advantageous for students
No smoking allowed (host family have young children)
No pets allowed
Separate entrance for privacy
Clean and organized individuals are welcome however overnight guests are not permitted.

Unfortunately, I had to leave the province in a rush so I cannot provide photos at this time however if you are interested in a tour I will inform the hosts
