Looking for a vegetarian male who doesn't drink/smoke to rent a spacious basement room with a private washroom from September 1st. The bus stop is a 4-minute walk from the location (one bus to Sheridan college). Grocery stores are also located nearby (a 7-minute walk to Subzi Mandi or one bus to Freshco). There is no kitchen in the basement, but plenty of tiffin services are available nearby. We are only interested in renting to individuals who are comfortable with dogs as we have a well-trained 4-year-old Australian Shepherd at home.

The first and last months' rent is required to secure the room.
