* Laundry - use is only on weekends (SAT and SUN)
* Separate entrance for the basement with monitoring camera for safety
* One car driveway parking available, if the tenant owns a car. Second car parking for additional 75$/month
* Guest overnight stays are NOT allowed
* NO Smoking (Children friendly home)
* Should keep the rooms clean
* Should clean the washroom in alternative weeks with other tenants
* Two pieces of ID proofs and Emergency contact number required
* NO contracts for the duration of stay, Flexible move out with "ONE MONTH" notice for both parties
* First and Last month rents are required before move-in
