The room is available for rent on June 1st. It is walking distance from Sheridan College in Brampton. Sharing a full kitchen, a full bathroom and laundry.

The rent includes everything- wifi, utilities and laundry. The kitchen stove, fridge, microwave are included.  Room is furnished.

Rent is $500 each person.  First and last payment required.

The neighbourhood is at Brampton and Mississauga border. Nearest bus stop is hardly 100m away. Brampton Gateway Terminal is nearby. Indian Punjabi Bazaar, Longo’s, McDonald’s, Tim Hortons and a couple of banks are in the nearest plaza.
