The Rental Includes the Following:

2. Private shower and bathroom
3. One car parking lot included
4. Dish washer, laundry washer and dryer
5. Air condition, heating and smart ventilation system.
6. Microwave, coffee maker , water kittle ,vacuum , some dishes is included in the basement.
7. A private fridge is available.
8. Shared Kitchen in the main floor.
9. The house is a few minutes from several shopping centers.
 
Our Conditions Are:
1- Super clean and quite after midnight.
2- Vacuum your basement once a week we kept one for the basement.
3- No smoking inside the house.
4- You can use washer & dryer on the weekend only or after 7 pm.
5- This basement is for one person only. U have private spot for your stuff, clothing rack with shelf .
6- No Pets are allowed.
